Each item is made to order and dispatched at different times as specified in the product description.

How are we different ?

I offer you the possibility to adjust each order according to your personal needs and expectations. Apart from the standard measurements available in the listing, you can choose the type of haberdashery used for finished products, as well as the number of frills, type of fastening or opt for a version with or without embroidery.

Standard orders include sizes and colours available for the chosen option.

Special orders will need to be agreed by email.

I do not stock ready-made items; everything is made by me to order (except sale or ex-display items).

Cancellations

Cancellations: accepted

Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase

DELIVERY

Your purchase will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Due to the fact that all products I sell are made to order shipping time can vary from 1 up to 2 weeks.

I always endeavour to have the fabrics in stock, thus minimizing any waiting time for the completion of your order.

For a standard orders usually I ship items within 10 working days from purchase.

Accurate shipping time is indicated in product listing. Please contact me about rush orders. .

Please ensure that you indicate you mailing address accurately when finalizing your order.

In the case that your mailing address provided during check-out is different from the one on your payment, we will take your address provided during check-out as our shipping reference.

INTERNATIONAL:

Item(s) will ship via priority mail.

** International packages are due to arrive with in 7-20 business days, once the packages have shipped.

International Orders will be marked merchandise and not gift.

PLEASE NOTE:

All local taxes and customs duty, if applicable is payable by the buyer

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am not a manufacturer, but a one person shop owner with a sewing machine...I can't do each order within 3-5 working days like a manufacturer can. Please note it before ordering or ask me I can do it faster for you before placing an order.

All orders prepared as custom orders are non-refundable, unless faulty, damaged or not the size you have ordered.

Please remember, custom orders are being made FOR YOU, thus please, make sure you are aware of that when choosing your product!

I would strongly advise you to ask for fabric sample (if you are not sure of the color or texture of it) or agree on the design and exact size prior to placing the order to avoid any misunderstanding.
